Cebu City Dagsudflugter

Vi havde en fantastisk tid på denne tur! Vores chauffør, Sir/Kuya Otoy, var fremragende – meget nem at kommunikere med og utrolig imødekommende. Vi var en gruppe på fem med to ældre, så jeg anmodede om en lettere rejseplan for at gøre turen mere behagelig. I stedet for at følge den fulde oprindelige tidsplan valgte vi blot følgende: besøgte Simala, købte pasalubong i Carcar, spiste frokost på House of Lechon og fortsatte derefter til Sirao, Temple of Leah og TOPS. Han var meget fleksibel og støttende over for vores justeringer. Han er også en dygtig chauffør – vi havde en behagelig tur hele vejen (ingen blev svimle), og han navigerede ruterne rigtig godt. Rejsebureauet var også lydhørt og nemt at koordinere med. De leverede alle de nødvendige detaljer dagen før turen, hvilket gjorde alt problemfrit.

great tour guide, frost, and driver, manong tapeng who kept us entertained and safe the entire trip. very informative of the history of cebu. tour started at 8am and ended at 4pm, but there was no given lunch break in between. we were able to buy only drinks to quench our thirst due to the summer heat. my only suggestion would be to give a snack or meal break, surely 30mins to 1hr is enough, especially for those who are sensitive to hunger. would recommend for buyers to start the tour at 8am instead of the 1pm option to consider delays like traffic and travel time, cr breaks and pasalubong stops. this is not really a half day tour but a whole day one since we were dropped off at a restaurant for our late late lunch and had to book grab ourselves back to accommodation, but because of the time extension, the value for money is really great. happy to meet a good foreign tourist companion as well. only 3 of us were in the tour so we were not so pressed for time. sulit!

This was a fun tour. We had two different drivers—Sir Alvin in Cebu & Sir PJ in Bohol— both were excellent & very accommodating to our requests. Sir Alvin was friendly and very thoughtful—he even checked in on us after the tour to ask how our day went, which we really appreciated. Sir PJ, our driver in Bohol, was also very engaging. He didn’t just drive us around—he shared interesting historical insights about the places we visited, which made the experience more meaningful. He’s also great at taking tourist photos, which was a nice bonus! PROS: Seamless transfers from our Cebu hotel to the port, then to Bohol, and back. The travel agency was easy to communicate with and provided all driver deets a day before the trip. We got tourist seats. CONS: The ferry travel takes about 2 hours each way (around 4 hours total), which can eat into your tour time. If there are ferry delays—as we experienced—the itinerary may feel a bit rushed.

We availed the private tour, and Kuya Dansel was our driver, who also acted as a tour guide and photographer. He was very accommodating and full of energy. We also stopped at a souvenir shop. Overall, the city tour was good.

Thank you to Andy for being our driver that day. Even though he was having leg pain, he still did his best for us. We truly appreciate his kindness and effort. The itineray was also very interesting and well planned.Good job!

The day before, we received an email confirming the fuel surcharge and driver information. The driver arrived on time and proactively reminded us about the dress code for the church, which gave us time to go back to our room and change. This tour is suitable for history enthusiasts; the driver will provide a brief introduction to the attractions and help with photos! Splitting the cost among everyone made it quite a good value.

Vi havde en fantastisk dag med at udforske Bohol. Turen inkluderede de fantastiske Chocolate Hills, at se den bedårende filippinske spøgelsesabe ved Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary, og dagens højdepunkt – Loboc River Cruise.

The tour was quite expensive for the five tourist spots, although some offers were budget-friendly. Overall, it was organized, and it would be better with a larger group to make it more fun.

Den overordnede rejseplan var stadig god og kan anbefales, men jeg er nødt til at klage over et par ting: (1) De oprindelige oplysninger om afhentningspersonale og bilnummer stemte ikke overens med de faktiske, hvilket tog meget tid at bekræfte om morgenen. (2) Den lovede guideforklaring var ikke tilgængelig (afhentningspersonalet hjalp kun med at tage billeder). (3) Til sidst, til TOPS-middagen, gav chaufføren os kun 2200 i lokal valuta (hvorfor dette beløb for os tre personer? Da jeg spurgte afhentningspersonen, sagde han, at han ikke vidste det, og at han blot dækkede for en ven), og bad mig selv finde vej til restauranten. Jeg troede, at restauranten ville blive reserveret automatisk, men da jeg spurgte restauranten, sagde de, at de ikke havde nogen reservation under vores navn. Det betyder, at dette beløb ikke behøver at blive brugt på TOPS-restauranten, men kan bruges frit på enhver restaurant i området.
