Masseur is slightly above average. The air con system could be cold to the body when some ailment is applied to body, she should have used more towel or blanket to cover the customer. The support to the head can be uncomfortable after lying on the bed head down for awhile. Most importantly I found our booking directly with Yufuku only costs IDR390,000, about IDR100,000 cheaper than booking with Klook.

Very Cozy Aquarium, Animals are quite active and seem to be well taken care of. Had a great time with the Klook offer, Got free pizza and ice tea/ Can choose other dishes too (Caesar salad, Fish n Chips, Aglio Olio with Prawn)

The location is OK but due to many projects on going nearby it is taking more time than usual. Breakfast is OK. Security and staff are friendly.

The location is near Chinatown and some electronics megamall if that is your kind of thing. The mall behind is almost empty. But the staff and facilities are good. Location is efficient for my meetings across Jakarta.

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable—the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, and the heater warmed up quickly whenever needed. The hotel's location is also very convenient, as it's directly connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to grab food, shop, or pick up anything we needed without having to travel far.
The only area that could be improved was the breakfast. While it was acceptable, the selection was somewhat limited and not as impressive as the rest of the hotel experience.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again for its comfort and convenient location.
