Pingtung Ture

This is my first time visiting Xiaoliuqiu. The place is very comfortable. I've had many first-time experiences here: my first time staying in a homestay, riding an electric scooter, and snorkeling. I also had incredibly delicious bluefin tuna sashimi (at Ruozhu Sushi Restaurant), and a breakfast shop near the homestay called Feng Doujiang Breakfast Shop was also excellent (you absolutely must try their amazing soy milk). As for the accommodation, the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thank you to the owner for helping arrange a comprehensive service package, which saved me the trouble of worrying about all the details (including ferry tickets, accommodation, vehicle rental, and activities).

Highly recommend this Lugu Lake 2-day tour! The turquoise lake surrounded by rolling green hills looks like a fairyland. I loved the free time to take photos and walk along the shore. All travel arrangements were seamless from pick-up to drop-off. No forced shopping at all, purely sightseeing. Learning about the unique Mosuo culture here was a lovely bonus. A soothing break from city hustle and bustle.

I was the only non-Chinese in the group (it seems this tour is more popular for hongkong/singaporean guests). Although I can speak Chinese so I let them run the tour in full Chinese, if you are the only foreigner, you can request translations into English (the driver will use google translate, but its still understandable). Do note that the tour price does not include the tickets, you have to pay for your own tickets (its not too expensive tho). Other than that the tour was good, gave me an insight to rural Taiwanese life in Pingtung and the beautiful southern coasts.

What a wonderful and fun experience! We're also very grateful to our guide today, who led our family of four. He was very kind and patient with his introductions and explanations, and the kids had a blast, making it truly unforgettable. We deeply appreciate the efforts of these young people who are dedicated to promoting local agriculture and fisheries, making these activities more than just events. They help people get to know this place, inspire them to protect marine ecosystems, and are true champions of environmental sustainability. 👍

The Dapeng Bay boat tour was a very pleasant experience. The tour guide was friendly and enthusiastic, providing detailed and engaging explanations of Dapeng Bay's ecology and scenery throughout the trip. This added a lot of knowledge and fun to the tour, making the overall experience fantastic.
