Frotndesk at magellan is great. I like the girl manage my check-in and check out. Swimming pool have 3 inclue the olympic size pool (magellan and marina golf), gym have jacuzzi and sauna, kiddies playground (marina golf) my husband and my two girls love it. The staff is great and very well manage me,my husband and our two girls needs. Not enough time to explore pan pacific hotel but in future plan. Sorry to say this, the receptionist at 5 sails restaurant i am very dissappointed during our breakfast. Not well manage in house guest instead i have to do all the work for the receptionist for what i have paid. I did not bring along my veluable belonging around the resort because i want to relax and stress free. Just keep it inside safety box. I have to go up and down (room <> 5 sails) a few time just to fullfilled the receptionist needs. Without the receptionist saying sorry and think of solution instead guest service staff to apologize on behalf of the receptionist. I don't like it.

Great location! hotel was clean and tidy. Spacious bathroom n toilet with enough toiletries. Huge king size bed.

I’m a honor to there, nice sea view room ,which is a upgrade free of charge , nice buffet breakfast , the staff is very helpful , give me 1 more hour for check out

Atmosfæren er meget smuk, personalet i receptionen er meget venligt, værelset er meget rent, der er ingen ubehagelig lugt, og vi er meget tilfredse med værelset. Parkering er rummelig, og stedet er meget sikkert.

Fantastisk beliggenhed med nem adgang til butikker/caféer på Gaya Street. En køretur på mindre end 10 minutter til Likas-bugten for at se solopgangen er et must, hvis du ønsker gode minder fra Sabah, efterfulgt af morgenmad på en kaffebar, der serverer lokale delikatesser. Tak til hotellet for at tillade sen udtjekning om søndagen.

The location is right in the center of the city. Walking distance to the market and big malls. A lot of eateries around the area. the only setback is that the hotel doesn’t have its own parking space. Need to park your vehicle at public parking space. breakfast: good and tasty cleanliness: very good service: very good
