It was an enjoyable experience. I will recommend it to my friends, and if I have the chance to return to Quy Nhon, I will definitely stay at FLC again. However, the hotel should improve its facilities. The towels and doors are too old. It doesn't live up to its 5-star rating!

During the peak summer holiday season, there was a breakdown in internal communication between the front desk and the restaurant. When checking in, I informed them I needed to catch a flight and requested breakfast to go. However, when checking out, the breakfast never arrived from the restaurant, and I eventually had to give up.

Great experience, clean hotel, friendly and enthusiastic staff. The beach in front of the hotel isn't suitable for swimming; you have to walk a little further up.

The quality of the tour guide's transportation was excellent. Although my companion and I were the only non-locals on the tour, the guide was very thoughtful, using a translator to explain things and lead us on the trip, for which we are very grateful. If I visit Quy Nhon again, I would love to experience this tour once more.
