Venligt personale, og de forkælede mig endda med en gratis kage til min fødselsdag. Jeg kunne ikke tro, hvor god den var, normalt kan jeg ikke lide gratis kager, men vi nød den ærligt talt.😁Tak

The hotel’s atmosphere was really cozy. The premise was clean and pleasing to the eyes. The staff were pretty approachable and accommodating. The whole experience was really good!

Mit ophold på dette hotel er godt. De leverede de grundlæggende fornødenheder: en god seng, godt sengetøj og linned samt basale toiletartikler. De tilbyder også glas og en vanddispenser uden for værelset. Udover det er hotellet bekvemt placeret nær McDonald's, Jollibee, Watson's og Mercury Drugs. Nogle problemer, jeg stødte på, var, at kun én elevator fungerede, og den var lidt langsom. Badehåndklæderne var meget gamle, let beskadigede og mørke i farven.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and I had a great sleep every night. I also liked the modern design and the beautiful view from the window. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. The location was very convenient because it was close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the room amenities were complete and well-maintained. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I am giving this review 5 stars because the kind staff allowed me to stay in my room ahead of time. The location is quite good as it is walking distance to several restaurants, including SM Lanang if you enjoy walking, like me. Please take the next part of this review constructively. The room needs some improvement: outlets by the bed are not working, the window in the comfort room is stuck and cannot be closed entirely so you hear the noise of the aircon compressor the entire time and a lot of insects also use the opening as entry way. I had an awesome time at Insular waterfront hotel in Davao. My family was satisfied with the hotel. I appreciate the staff’s work and I thank everyone who helped us in this vacation

The hotel is located in a very convenient place. The areas such as the lobby and the room are clean and sanitized. They also gave me complimentary water and basic necessities kit. It’s very affordable too.
