An absolute 6-star experience from start to finish! The room was pristine, immaculate, and thoughtfully outfitted with complete modern facilities.
A massive shoutout to our incredible butler team:
• Nuonuo (糯糯): Our primary daytime butler who took exceptional care of us daily , handling our laundry bags, delivering food/takeout straight to our door, and patiently answering all our questions (from mailing postcards and using the Bluetooth speaker to arranging the rainstorm/storm SPA and private photography sessions!).
• Chengzi (橙子): Our night-shift butler who seamlessly took over in the evenings, always ready to help pick up our packages and night-time deliveries.
• Lychee: Our wonderful housekeeper who kept our room effortlessly clean, organized, and spotless every single day.
Their combined warmth and incredible attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back when back visit Chongqing again!!

The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, featuring a mix of Chinese, Western, and local specialties. The pastries are quite close to the Hong Kong palate, and I especially loved the freshly ground soy milk, alongside many healthy options. The pool is clean, and all the staff members are very polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and transportation is convenient with a waiting area right at the entrance. There are large shopping malls and attractions nearby, and you can walk to a food center late at night. The streets around the hotel feel safe even at midnight. You can also easily walk to nearby attractions. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
