Had a very comfortable stay! The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and everything was kept clean. Good location, polite staff, and overall a pleasant stay.

Clean rooms, well air-conditioned, and very attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend the breakfast with its wide selection.

The hotel is close to my workplace, so it's convenient to just walk there. However, if you're coming from the train station, you have to go quite a long way around to get here. When leaving, it's easy to depart from the front of the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is sufficient, and the Indomie (instant noodles) are the most important part! The bed is adequate, but the room is a bit small. The location is close to several food options, but if you want to go to Malioboro, it's about a 300-meter walk. Overall, Grand Zuri is still okay. Room size is adequate for 1 person,everything works. The water dispenser in the hall was empty. Suggestion to hotel for 1 night light/ dimmer, all lights too bright for sleep/ night. Food delivery (gojek/grab) is possible, just pick it up in front of lobby. Hotel within walking distance to Prawirotaman/Tirtodipuran areas, through small neighbourhood walks, clean & safe.
