I booked the 2-day Classic Zhangjiajie tour through Klook, and it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I booked, I received prompt communication and clear pre-trip information. As a solo traveler, I didn't have to worry about planning my itinerary, transportation, or attraction tickets—everything was perfectly organized. Our tour guide was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. She planned the itinerary efficiently, covering Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the breathtaking Yuanjiajie Avatar Peaks, and Tianmen Mountain. She also helped us skip long ticket queues, shared useful hiking tips, and kept us updated on the weather. Transportation was punctual and comfortable, and the local meals were authentic and delicious. The mist-covered sandstone peaks were simply breathtaking. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the trip smooth and unforgettable. I highly recommend this Klook tour and hope to return one day with my family!

Although the itinerary was packed and full, our experienced tour leader meticulously planned all the routes, saving us a lot of time. The meals were good, but the biggest surprise was how unexpectedly comfortable the hotel was. The room was huge, or perhaps I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, and the bathroom even had a bathtub! 😂

We had wonderful trip and experience. Small group tour, feel private, kind and nige tour mate. The transportation that we used going around also really clean and comfy. Really worth it for this tour, save alot our time and we visited many places. Specially out tour guide Zhang Fangfang really kind and help us alot. She arrage everything for us and gave us some recommendation of restaurants, helped us arrange our transport to railway station, and also took many pictures of me and my husband. Really worth it 👍👍

rejseguide: Min rejseguide (hr. Peng) var 100 % på dupperne fra starten; han tog sig af os alle før, under og endda efter turen. Han advarede os mod unødvendige udgifter. Når vi havde brug for mere mad, hjalp han os med at bestille. Rejseguidens viden var i top. indkvarteringsmuligheder: hotellet var godt booket og planlagt rejseplan: alt var godt fordelt

The guide 小橙子 was very conscientious and passionate in doing her job even though it was really challenging for one guide to be leading so many different groups. She was cheerful and knowledgeable and was skilful in managing expectations and knew her way around the various attractions very well. The first transfer from the airport was no good because the four of us with a few large pieces of luggage were assigned a normal saloon car which resulted in four of us having to squeeze at the back row behind the driver. The last two hotels were especially good and served good breakfast! Overall strongly recommended!

Bilen, der blev brugt, var for lille i forhold til antallet af rejsende – fire personer. De brugte en Nissan Sylphy, hvilket betød, at de, der sad på bagsædet, måtte klemme sig sammen. Rejsen mellem de forskellige destinationer var også ret lang, op til fire timer. Ved så lange køreture burde der have været brugt en større bil for at sikre, at turisterne sad komfortabelt. Programmet burde have indeholdt mere detaljerede oplysninger, f.eks. hvor mange overnatninger og måltider der var inkluderet. Nogle af overnatningsstederne levede ikke op til den annoncerede firestjernede standard online. Værelset på Puhe var det værste på hele turen; vand lækkede ud, når man badede, og airconditionanlægget virkede ikke. Værelset var ikke klar til brug, men blev alligevel givet til kunderne. Kun tre frokoster var inkluderet, og fire morgenmåltider fra hotellet. Guiden var meget hjælpsom, selvom han kun talte kinesisk. Nogle af stederne var ret langt væk, og programmet burde have været bedre planlagt. For eksempel, på dagen vi besøgte Fenghuang, ankom vi først efter kl. 20.00. Den eneste aktivitet var at klæde sig ud og tage billeder, og selvom jeg nød aktiviteten, var tidspunktet hårdt, da vi først kom i seng kl. 02.00 og skulle afsted igen kl. 09.00. Der var også aktiviteter, der krævede ekstra betaling, såsom at se Miao-stammens show.

I highly recommend this tour group if you plan to visit Zhangjiajie during the summer. Despite the scorching heat, with temperatures soaring above 104°F (40°C) these past few days, our guide, Mr. Zhang, was incredibly professional and meticulous. He helped us navigate each attraction smoothly and quickly, avoiding crowds and long lines. The hotel arrangements were particularly impressive, including the best hotel in Fenghuang Ancient Town and a secluded hotel with breathtaking views of clouds and sunrises, which other tours don't offer. Every dish at the restaurants was delicious. All optional activities were arranged with our preferences in mind, and there was absolutely no pressure to participate. He clearly explained the history of each site. Finally, he accompanied us on the Fenghuang boat tour and provided detailed instructions on how to get a taxi, which was incredibly thoughtful for non-Chinese tourists. The high-speed rail and comfortable nine-seater bus made the journey pleasant throughout. It was a truly perfect trip to Zhangjiajie, earning two big thumbs up! Guide:
