This is our second time choosing Klook's custom tours, and this time we booked a fully customized 6-day trip around Chengdu. The recommended destinations and hotels were completely tailored to our requests. To avoid the biggest crowds during the National Day holiday, we chose Qionglai, a small city west of Chengdu, along with the must-see Dujiangyan Irrigation System and Mount Qingcheng. The overall itinerary was reasonably planned, and whenever we needed temporary adjustments during the trip, Ling'er's team in charge of the itinerary responded very promptly, making our travel experience exceptionally good. Driver Xia Heqian provided full chauffeured service throughout these six days. Driver Xia was extremely punctual and enthusiastic, the vehicle was clean and comfortable with a smooth ride, and he helped us optimize our sightseeing routes for high efficiency, avoiding traffic jams and crowds. He also took us to try very authentic and delicious local specialties, maximizing our travel experience.

Agency will buy the 2 ways tickets for the high speed train and Entrance (included) but the bus inside the compound is sold separately (agency will buy first and you need to pay them later). A 5A-rated tourist attraction and truly a paradise on Earth! With crystal-clear lakes, colourful mountains, and breathtaking scenery, every corner feels like a dream. transport was provided from hotel to meeting point before proceeding to Bipenggou. Driver is safe and professional. Bipenggou is worth a visit for those who can take altitude of 3800m despite the long bus ride. it is not very crowded and gives a lot of personal space for reflection at 3800m.

I got allocated by a tour guide her named Xiao Yang, her explanation is sharp enough for us to follow! From her guidance I can visit the whole view in Mt Siguniang. This place really worth for your time and money!

A two-and-a-half-day itinerary isn't too rushed. The vehicle was a seven-seater, and with six of us, the space was quite comfortable. We stayed at low altitudes for both nights, so we slept soundly, and having the vehicle's oxygen concentrator running the whole way gave us peace of mind. The Tibetan-style afternoon tea in Yangrong Hade was quite enjoyable and didn't feel like just a superficial stop. The complimentary travel photography photos also look natural; personally, I feel the overall experience is well worth the price.

Bipenggou is definitely worth visiting! The mountain scenery, forests, and lakes were absolutely beautiful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Our guide, Xiao Xu, was helpful and attentive, with clear communication and good explanations throughout the journey. The schedule was well planned, and the transfers between different parts of the trip were smooth. Everything felt comfortable and well organized, with no unnecessary rushing. Overall, it was a lovely day trip, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sichuan!

I brought my parents here. Traveling by high-speed rail is much less strenuous for seniors! In the past, it took a whole day just to get to Jiuzhaigou, but now we can leave Chengdu in the morning and arrive at the scenic area by noon. At Huanglong Scenic Area, we took the ropeway up the mountain (80 yuan/person for the ascent) and then slowly walked down to see the Five-Color Ponds. Four hours was plenty of time for the visit. On the second day, the sightseeing bus in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area went directly to the core attractions, covering Shuzheng Valley, Rize Valley, and Zechawa Valley. We walked about seven to eight thousand steps daily, and my parents weren't tired. Jiuzhaigou in July is lush green, the waterfalls are spectacularly full, and the air is fresh with the scent of plants and streams. Staying two nights at a hotel at the gully entrance meant we didn't have to move our luggage, which was very convenient. My parents enjoyed the Tibetan dinner and even watched a Guozhuang dance. The tour guide didn't enter the scenic area with us, but they explained all the important tips for visiting beforehand, which made the trip quite hassle-free.

Vi rejste som en stor gruppe med børn, og før afrejse var vores største bekymring togbilletter og forbindelsen til seværdighederne, men det hele forløb meget glat. Den dag i Jiuzhaigou var vi der i hele 6 timer, fra vi kom ind om morgenen, til vi tog afsted om eftermiddagen. Guiden havde på forhånd planlagt ruten for os, så vi først besøgte Changhai og Wuhua-søen for at undgå middagens menneskemængder. Vandet var så blåt, at børnene hele tiden udbrød begejstret. Dagen i Huanglong var endnu mere betænksom; guiden foreslog, at vi tog svævebanen op og gik ned. De femfarvede damme var helt fyldte og glimtede i sollyset. Næste dag tog vi højhastighedstoget tilbage til Chengdu om eftermiddagen og var hjemme før kl. 20. Hele turen inkluderede ingen shoppingstop, og guiden fortalte om landskabet og kulturen i bussen.

My friend and I went to Mount Siguniang with Guide Yang, and she was absolutely wonderful to us! She took such great and special care of us, especially since we were the only female Muslim passengers on board. The bus ride took around 3 hours or more. The journey was a little scary at times because the driver drove quite fast, but overall, everything was convenient. The meeting point and drop-off point were both very easy to access. Thank you, Guide Yang, for taking such good care of us throughout the trip!
