Det var dejligt at kunne lege på den private strand ved Palm Jumeirah, men vandet i Dubai er generelt ikke særlig klart. Personalet var venligt og meget hensynsfuldt, da jeg var nybegynder og lidt forvirret. Der er brusefaciliteter, men ingen toiletartikler eller håndklæder.
It was a fantastic experience! Kareem, the instructor was wonderful and very skilled. He helped me overcome my fear of water.
Instruktøren var meget god og underviste omhyggeligt. Du skal bare ankomme til destinationen, og det starter til tiden. Efter cirka en halv times forklaring kan du dykke i små grupper. Vandkvaliteten var dog ikke så god, så vi så kun få fisk og krabber.
So, i was really strived in the beginning. We guys booked the activity for 3 person. From the beginning, before they start, you have to sign the online application, of safety and risk terms. They have already answered all questions for you, to ease the process, which is not correct, and they ask you just to sign it. One of our friend, did not feel well, because of health issues, and they advised not to take part in, and they told they will reimburse partial refund for specific person. But at the end they did reject the refund request, they are scammers. When it comes to the guy who instructed us, he was really good, professional. I do really appreciate his help and enthusiasm. Overall, I did enjoy the activity, but the operator itself, they are scammers. They did not reimburse us
