Fantastisk 5.0

Amazing experience. Tour guide/driver was early and was very flexible throughout the tour. We could allocate more time into activities that we enjoyed more. Highly recommended! Psst it is a city tour but you will get to near the mountain tops to enjoy a very close up view of the glaciers at the peak like in the photo. Thank you so much!

Gennemsnit 3.0

The guide was poor and not very mature. he needs to learn how to handle a crowd. Rest everything was good.

Fair 1.0

There was no clear communication from the tour guide. The tour was supposed to leave at 10:00 AM, but it left at 8:00 AM without clear instructions that the schedule had been changed. Because of this, we missed the first trip to Medeu and had to take a taxi instead. Better communication and advance notice of schedule changes would have made the experience much smoother.

This is my second tour with operator, and they are horrible. On my first tour, the pick up address was incorrect and I had to walk 20 minutes. Then the driver got lost on the way back and we were an hour and a half late. On this tour, I went to the pick up spot early. The was no tour guide and no one to contact. Avoid this tour group.
