The day tour was super well organized and absolutely worth it. We visited the breathtaking Kolsai Lake, Kaindy Lake, and Charyn Canyon, every place looked unreal in person. It was definitely an eventful day with lots of walking and adventure, but completely worth it for the views and experience. Huge shoutout to our guide Rustam who kept the energy high throughout the trip and made the whole experience even more fun and smooth. Highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Kazakhstan!

If you are worried about meeting point, in my experience the van came a little bit later than 4:30. Just look for a minivan with Panda Travel livery or anyone with the Panda Travel uniform as they might be your tour guides. The tour was pretty straightforward, not much explanation about the places but the guides shared pretty good tips to wander around. Kudos to Nurtas and Rustam who were pretty friendly and made such good company for the day. Overall good experience. Tips: Suggest to prepare at least 15k-20k kzt for food and others, and if you also want to use taxi or ride a horse (cash only!)

I had an absolutely amazing time with my tour guide! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the history of every spot I visited, but he was also extremely helpful in giving me the best transit options and directions to get to my destinations smoothly. The best part? He brought such a fun vibe to the trip! He even put on great music for me to dance and groove along to during the journey. Amani was amazing—friendly, approachable, and made the tour enjoyable! Since it was my first time traveling solo, I experienced a bit of travel anxiety during the long drive/flight. Although it was anxiety rather than nausea, I really appreciated that she help by asking the other tourists if we could switch seats. That small gesture meant a lot and made me feel more comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The return drive felt a little fast for my comfort, but everything else was well organized and enjoyable. Thank you, Panda travel, & Amani for making my first trip to Kazakhstan a memorable one! Would definitely book again with you.

처음 집합해서 차량 나눌때 안내도 제대로 없고 불친절해서 다들 웅성거리기만 함. vip차량이라고 자랑했는데 실상은 엄청 좁았음. 특히 제일 뒷자리는 사람을 앉히면 안되는 자리인데 그냥 밀어넣어서 큰 서양인은 다리도 안들어가고 동양인한테도 좁았음 이동시간이 길어서 비싸도 여기 선택한건데 일반 큰 버스보다 더 좁아서 황당했음. 그 외의 것들은 나쁘지 않았음

가성비는 괜찮습니다. 문제는 바우처에 집합장소가 정확하지 않고 이동시간이 긴건 이해하는데 관광지에 도착한후 개별 투어시간이 좀 짧습니다. 투어 버스안에 충전용 포트 없습니다 . 그리고 가이드 중 얼굴 둥군 여자애가 한명 있는데 저는 좀 안맞습니다. 괜히 쓸때 없는거나 시키고 22:00끝난다 했는데 보통은 8:30-9:00에 알마티 도착입니다. 하루 알마티 투어는 괜찬은데 trip.com에서 가면 10,000원 더 비싼데 차가 더 크고 좋습니다 .
