Mizuho was an amazing tour guide. Punctual, kind, knowledgeable, proficient in the English language, and an overall highlight of our time in Japan. If you want your tour guide to go into the palace with you , make sure you book the correct tour.

Our group had an great time and experience with this short tour! We had signed up the day prior, but had no issues at all. It was a small tour group of 6 people. Our tour guide, Nonoka provided fun knowledge and historical facts about Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace area throughout the time! Her English was very good and clear. In addition, we were given a digital QR code for a self English guide for the East Imperial Garden, which we were brought to the entrance of for the last tour location on the itinerary. Overall, I highly recommend!!!

The value you are getting during this tour is wild. Yuuki goes out of his way to make sure that he explains to you everything that he can during the tour. Using slides and even providing additional directions and information after and during the tour. If you are debating on going on this tour with your family or your partner or even by yourself. Dont hesitate, take the tour.

yoshi was a great guide! he was kind and loved talking/ answering your questions. He even walked my best friend and I back to the station after the tour so we wouldn’t get lost and wrote our names in Japanese for us as an additional service!

this tour was short and perfect for a hot day! we went on the 31st May post lunch. Shinuku our young guide was excellent- with his trivia and book on the two tourist attractions. Our teenage kids had a great time with him too, as they had a lot of common interests. was worth the one hour.

I had an amazing tour of Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace with our guide, Tomo. He was incredibly friendly, spoke perfect English, and was extremely knowledgeable about the history and significance of every site. Tomo came very well prepared with charts and visuals that made everything even more engaging, and he shared tons of fascinating facts and trivia throughout the tour that I never would have learned on my own. His passion and enthusiasm really made the experience special. My only regret was that the tour wasn’t longer.
