Iris Dagskrydstogt: Ha Long Bugt, Sung Sot, Ti Top

We had a very good experience choosing Iris cruise. Everything is well-organises: Itinerary, the gap time between activities, the cruise facilities, buffet food etc. Long and the crew have been really helpful - they’re very friendly and accomodative. Will definitely recommend to others visiting Ha Long Bay and revisit on September maybe to enjoy kayaking during dry season 🛶🍁

we had a fabulous time on the cruise today! our guide long was extremely knowledgeable, professional and there to answer any questions and help along the way! myself and my friends had a great time! food, music and service was exceptional! I the boat is only two years old so one of the modern ones on the bay!

This was our first time going on a cruise, and honestly, it was such a fun and exciting experience for both me and my husband. The ship was beautiful and very clean, the buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were all very friendly. A special mention to the tour guide; super fun, engaging, never boring, and a big plus: he was amazing at taking photos! The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the cruise wasn’t crowded at all, so we could really enjoy the ship. There was even a jacuzzi available for free, which was great—too bad we forgot to bring our swimsuits 😅 Overall, it was such a great experience with Iris Cruise!❤️

The Iris Cruise was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, including fresh sashimi. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the facilities, including the toilets, were impeccably clean. The onboard jacuzzi added a luxurious touch. Our tour guide was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The direct hotel pick-up was punctual, and the luxury limousine, complete with massage chairs, made the journey exceptionally comfortable.

The overall experience was really calming. It's a limited no of ppl cruise & you get perfect amount of attention & safety from the members making you feel feel the relaxation through out. The cruise is near and so is the food. Moreover they are organized & on time, giving enough time to explore each spot. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful trip on sea to Halong Bay.

The entire experience was seamless and meticulously managed across all aspects, from the initial WhatsApp communication a week prior, which provided comprehensive details including pick-up arrangements, activities, and itineraries, to the culinary offerings. The cuisine was expertly prepared and presented a diverse selection. Long, the manager on duty, served as an exceptional host and guide. Furthermore, I had the pleasure of encountering several delightful individuals during this day tour. This experience unequivocally stands out as a highlight of my Hanoi visit. I found no aspect that did not meet my complete satisfaction. I wholeheartedly endorse this tour to all prospective participants. The level of attentiveness and hospitality demonstrated was truly impeccable.

A huge shoutout to our tour guide Hau, who was fantastic throughout the entire cruise. Hau did an amazing job coordinating all of the excursions and directing everyone. Everything felt organized and stress-free because of him. His English was excellent, which made communication easy and enjoyable for everyone. Hau truly went above and beyond to make sure guests had a great experience. I also want to recognize DJ Duy who was amazing and incredibly friendly. Both Hau and Duy were very personable, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. Their energy and hospitality really made a difference and create a great atmosphere on the cruise. Overall, the entire staff was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making sure guests had an unforgettable experience. Because of them, this cruise became one of the most memorable parts of our trip. I would absolutely rate this experience 5 stars and strongly recommend booking with Dolphin Cruise.

Denne tur var HELT fantastisk. Rejselederen Chris var super passioneret i sin introduktion af alle turiststederne, og krydstogtet havde forberedt en fødselsdagskage til min far i anledning af fejringen. En uforglemmelig oplevelse! 10 ud af 10. Kan varmt anbefales til rejser i Ha Long Bay.

FANTASTISK OPLEVELSE! Højdepunktet på min og mine venners tur til Vietnam. Der var hurtig afhentning og aflevering ved hotellet. Båden var stor, komfortabel og ren. Koordinator July, chauffør Nam, krydstogtchef Cris og resten af teamet var super venlige og sørgede for, at vi blev godt taget hånd om :) Maden og drikkevarerne ombord var fantastiske, og der var ikke overfyldt. En behagelig oplevelse generelt, så en dagstur føltes for kort, vi ville virkelig have mere. Fremragende arbejde!
