Fantastic hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, although we only stayed for 1 night and had to leave before breakfast started so didn’t get to try out all of the facilities but we made use of the little coffee shop in the reception area. The hotel is in a great location if you don’t want to stay right in the centre. There’s a bus stop outside the hotel and the park and ride is only a short walk away from the hotel. We decided to walk back in the evening, it was around a 3km walk and took around 30 mins so easily doable if you don’t mind walking. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we visit Cambridge

I’ve stayed many tomes. Due to a processing error, by stay was booked on the date I booked it rather than the date of stay. They refused to cancel without a cancellation fee and I am out of pocket of over £80 not stayed there for that night. I have stayed in the past, but for a residence to steal my money by not refunding or compromising and not providing the service of the money they took. Never staying again. I travel regularly for work, so that won’t happen anymore

The front of house staff were super friendly and helpful. The cafe and restaurant looked clean and modern, we didn't eat there though as there limited uninspiring vegan options. No milk alternative options in the room on the tea tray. Noone wants to be going back to reception to ask for oatmilk at 10pm. A stain on the carpet was very off-putting as it was next to the chair and very obvious. However the room and lovely bathroom, was very clean.

Staff were very helpful the hotel was clean .The cleaners were polite and got us extra loo rolls and tea and coffee when requested. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to our friends . Also there was a really good bus service into the city just across the road .

Nice hotel. Good restaurant in the hotel itself and a couple restaurants within the small community. There is also a grocery store close by. Cambridge is a nice 40min walk and has plenty of dining options.

Nice hotel, quiet location, close to park & ride for easy access to city centre. It’s in a new build/eco housing estate Surprised to have to pay £20 for parking and £18 for breakfast which was extremely disappointing for the price. (Soggy croissants, tinned fruit salad, flavourless coffee)
