Room was clean. Lights left on so entered a nicely lit room. Excellent location with shops nearby. Breakfast buffet excellent.

location can’t be beat. adjacent to market square. anything you might need is around the corner: a Tesco express and a shopping mall. breakfast was good. the fried eggs were appropriately runny- tough to find on this kind of setup.the room was fine.

Cleaning the room is only done if you explicitly ask for it at the reception each and every day! And you have to ask them for fresh towels. The bedlinen was never changed during our stay. This is rather cheapskate for a £ 147 per night hotel.

Skvělý Check-in was slow as the kiosk did not work for our booking (this was a known issue with hotels.com bookings amongst staff) and a member of staff wasn't immediately available.
Beyond that, the staff was lovely, the location was great, breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality.

Right in the center of town near the market square and several pubs, museums, and convenience stores was an amazing location to start each day. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful. My room was spacious and modern. A great place to stay even though the entrance is really very unassuming.
