They gave us a room without a window which was great as it blocked a lot of the noise from the streets.
The room was clean and comfortable, the AC and hot water worked well.
The staff were very kind and helpful with booking our day trip to Ninh Binh which was an amazing experience.
The location is excellent, there is very good food right outside and a pharmacy steps away, you are also across the street from a hospital should you need it.
I will be coming back to Hanoi and staying at this location again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised an excellent tour to Ha Long Bay for us at a reasonable price. Rooms serviced everyday. Breakfast was basic but enough. Room was small and beds very hard, but comfortable.

Although I did not get the room with patio that I booked, the staff was very accommodating. The staff was awesome in assisting wirh city walking tour and Halong Bay tour.
Even helped me in getting black garlic delivered. Will definitely recommend this hotel

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds but the family room was very small, dark and cramped. The safe and TV didn't work and the air conditioning was very very noisy. When we told staff, they said they would look at it tomorrow, but tomorrow never came.

I think this place is overrated. We stayed in family suite that states to be 45 meters. The room is at most 25 meters. There was a horrible smell of sewege in the room that staff member was trying to convince us was coming from outside. Hardly possible on the 8th floor. Air conditioning was broken and we couldnt use it at all during our stay
