Place was okay. One thing I lost was a bag with power of fiber. I not sure it was thrown away or someone took it, thinking was something else. Otherwise it was okay. Thank you.

The room was clean, it has air conditioning, although we didn’t use it much since it was cold outside. It is centrally located which is a plus, the staff and the owner were nice and answered our questions about the room.

Basic hotel but great experience if you want the ritz go elsewhere if you want Naples do this hotel. Stairs a bit scary if heights a problem.

Buy decent pillows! I’ve never seen a smaller shower. Mattress wasn’t great. Lots of stairs to climb!!

This property is in a renovated building. Noticeably it has no elevator; it is on the 2nd floor (3rd for Americans) of the building. The room was cramped, there is no full time front desk, the manager was brusk, there is no restaurant within but there are some in the area, the WiFi inconsistent but free. However, it is literally just around the corner from the main Naples train station and was walking distance to the meeting points of the tour providers I used. Quite possibly it is more a hostel than a hotel although I did not see the amenities that would be present for such travelers. Pretty much convinced me that it is better to accept a higher rate to get the amenities I desire.

Just about the best value for the money I’ve seen! The room and hotel were great! The location right by the train station and next to the supermarket was very convenient. It didn’t feel any less safe than anywhere else in the city and the nights were quieter than I expected from some other reviews
