I had a disappointing stay. The room hygiene was poor: the duvet smelled sour, musty, and like cigarette smoke, forcing us to sleep without bedding or pillows all night. The walls were also dirty. While the bathroom was acceptable, the soundproofing is non-existent; we could clearly hear loud conversations from the next room and the morning noise from the nearby cafe. Furthermore, security is a concern—we were only provided with one key, making us feel uneasy about leaving our luggage in the room. The neighborhood also felt unsafe, especially at night.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location is convenient, with public transportation stops nearby and the main train station within walking distance. The check‑in process was fast and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the hotel’s air‑conditioning policy. The system is only activated during the summer season, which requires guests to keep the windows open for ventilation. Because the hotel is located on a main street, the noise level at night is very high, and cigarette smoke from people passing by easily enters the room. Additionally, having to leave the windows open made us feel unsafe during the night. I requested whether the air conditioning could be turned on or if a pedestal fan could be provided to improve comfort, but due to the hotel’s policy, neither option was possible.

The hotel is located quite close to the railway station and walkable distance to the city centre. The breakfast is abundant and the small garden in the backyard is very attractive. A perfect location for staying if you’re visiting Milan .

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station, which it is. The room was fine. Clean enough but aging. The toilet leaked and ran and the heat didn’t work well. We enjoyed the garden patio and the friendly staff. We chose not to have the breakfast, but it looked good!

Stay away from this one. I don’t even want to call a “ hotel”. This one can’t be a 3 stars hotel. Poor maintenance, old and dirty Doesn’t have an elevator. We stayed 40 minutes and left to another hotel. We paid $300/night for this hotel, couldn’t stay more than half hour for a condition of the room. I can’t imagine to spend a night. Lucky to be arrived early enough to find another hotel. The owner or front office staff didn’t even bother to ask why we’re leaving.

Had a nice stay. Hotel is very close to Milano Centrale, convenient for travelling. Room was good size, clean and warm. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was in a good location about 10 mins walk from Train Station. The receptionists were also very nice and helpful. However, the room was small and without any good views.

The room was small but comfortable. The beds were also small but comfortable. No frills hotel but clean and with helpful staff near the train station, approx 10 min walk. Would stay again.
