I specifically chose this apartment/hotel option for access to 1 of 3 onsite parking spots. Despite notifying the owner 4.5 months in advance that our family with 2 small children would need to reserve the 1 spot, the parking was not available. Instead they had partnered with a small parking garage on the outskirts of the town to hold cars and then this garage shuttles you to your hotel. Garage was fine and staff friendly but it’s not in a nice part of town. We were notified of f this new parking arrangement the day before our stay there! I was able to text with one of several people who manage a collection of apartments (it’s not a small business or one owner, despite being listed on Airbnb & VRBO too). They responded quickly but what confusion! I would have chosen a hotel option closer to the city attractions but I prioritized this option solely for the onsite parking! The apartment was clean though there was white fuzzy mold all over both bathrooms and the loft balcony doesn’t have a clear barricade (just the bar), so it’s not kid friendly despite the 2 bedrooms. TV didn’t work and when contacted I was simply told to unplug to troubleshoot (thanks; I’m savvy enough for that)—so when kiddos need an early bedtime, parents are stuck watching our iPad in the large living room. Don’t stay here unless you want to be 15min walk from attractions and restaurants & want to coordinate pickups with the parking garage (just an extra time and mental suck for a family trip)!!!
