Most disgusting place I've ever stayed. No soap in the soap dispenser, shower was covered in soap residue, sheets were stained, toilet roll from the previous guest was still on the holder, and the floor was filthy; genuinely looked like it hadn't been vaccuumed in 2 months. When I was about to check out a house keeper asked if wanted house keeping, and I said that I was checking out, they didn't seem to know themselves, which rooms just needed house keeping and which ones needed to be cleaned between guests.

Spacious room and although booked a no window room, was pleasantly surprised to see a small window.
Prefect place to stay for one or two nights.
Very clean and modern. Nice to have air conditioning too

Nice hotel in central Wellington - modern, clean rooms with guest parking for a fee.
The TV didn't work very well during our stay and the glass design of the bathroom might make it feel less private to some. These were the only issues with our stay
Despite this, I would stay here again - it's good value for money and very well located

Good place to rest your head at nights, shower box is a little weird as just frosted glass surrounding it and huge gap when u close the bathroom door, option to park uncover with a small vehicle @$35/night, alternative is council street paid parking which is quite expensive and restrictive that would be the main negative, positive is it is very central to most places

The location was convenient and good to have onsite parking. The rooms were small but warm and bed was comfortable. The room hadn't been vacuumed properly for a long time. Dust all along the skirting board and carpets around edges. The hallways also hadn't been cleaned or maintained for a while. Didn't have a very welcoming feel to the hotel.

The location was close to downtown attractions. We were able to walk everywhere, including Te Papa and the wharf area, Mt Victoria lookout, Cuba Street Mall, Lambton Quay, the cable car, the botanical gardens, and the Beehive and the parliament buildings. We enjoyed our third floor room with the slanted glass ceiling. The only drawback was the shower arrangement. Despite our best efforts the shower splashed outside the curtains and got the bathroom floor all wet.

Very convenient. Reception staff were accommodating. Room we were allocated was small but functional. The bathroom was directly across from the bed with a glass door (fogged) and I’m not sure how I would feel about that if sharing with a friend. But great location.

Didnt see any staff, no extra blanket in the room, noisy neighbours, bed was firm, good stay for the cost
