The reception lady was lovely. The rooms were lovely and cosy. Difficult to contact reception. Used the phone number and insisted with the bot on speaking to a staff member.

We were there for 3 nights. In night 1 and 2, we had to go to reception for new towels as our room hadn't been serviced. On night 3, we had to buy towels as we couldn't get in contact with anyone. Extremely disappointed
