this is the first time my family travel for snow trip. Mount Buller experienced an usually late snow season. when we arrived on 20Jun morning, there was only man made snow. but it was still tons of fun for my kids. toboggan was fun but Northside Express scenic ski lift was marred by the slight drizzle and clouds covered the whole mountain. nonetheless, it shall be a lifetime of memories. Tips #1: bring extra socks because snow will get into shoes during snow play and tobogganing. Tips #2: a cheaper alternative to reach the top of Notthside will be to take the village shuttle from village square. but you will miss the panoramic view and exhilarating ski lift ride.

The all-inclusive package for beginner skiers covers equipment, lessons, and transportation, which eliminates a lot of hassle. However, don't expect too much in terms of quality. There are many people renting equipment, and walking in ski boots is difficult, making the short walk to the ski school feel much longer and causing a rush to make it to the lesson on time. Remember to allow extra time when returning equipment, as the downhill journey feels even longer after several hours of skiing and physical exertion. After deducting time for renting and returning equipment and a two-hour lesson, there's only about an hour and a half of actual practice time. Although the rented snowboard was assigned based on height and weight, its height was almost up to my eyes. I later found out that beginner snowboards should ideally reach between the chest and chin. The staff asked if it was my first time skiing when assigning the snowboard, but it seemed they didn't truly cater to beginners' needs. The snowboard was simply too long, making skiing very difficult and hindering my learning. The snowboard was also very heavy, and walking to the ski school in ski boots while carrying it was a strenuous process. If the snowboard had been the correct length, I believe the experience would have been much easier! The complimentary gloves were not waterproof; the inner layer got soaked quickly on the slopes, and then my fingers started to freeze, which was painful!

The coach was new and comfortable. Our driver Rick provided excellent services and answered questions politely. His driving was also safe and smooth. Had a quick toilet break both ways and was on time.

Lorraine was such a lovely and friendly guide, explaining and sharing a lot about melbourne, the dandenong ranges, puffing billy history and facts about the wildlife in phillip island. We really enjoyed our day, it's an experience you should not miss when visiting melbourne.

Our tour guide, Jared, was excellent. The bakery he recommended was very authentic and delicious. It was truly enjoyable to eat sandwiches while admiring the scenery as we ascended the mountain. The entire group was very friendly, and the size was just right, allowing for some personal space. Jared also took great photos, capturing precious moments of our trip. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Starting the day with a cup of coffee and enjoying the Melbourne scenery from the car, the tour guide introduced the city's highlights. We saw beautiful sea views at San Remo, and after crossing a bridge, we arrived at Phillip Island. Our first stop was Phillip Island Winery, where the sommelier introduced us to five wines: white, rosé, red, and sparkling rosé. They also prepared a platter for us to pair with the wines, including ham, cheese, grapes, figs, crackers, and bread. After the wine tasting, they served us various flavors of pizza, salad, and fries. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Then, we headed to the Koala Conservation Centre, the Nobbies Centre, and the Penguin Parade. The coastal scenery along the way was spectacular and beautiful. The koalas and penguins were very cute, making the whole trip fulfilling and fun!
