the room was clean and enough space for 2. they brought our luggage up the 3rd floor walkup. the slight inconvenience was the ladies rooms were on the 2nd floor.
the food was decent and the staff was very nice. coffee and tea were complimentary and was nice to have in the morning and evenings.

Fantastické This was a fabulous accommodation for our family of 4. I loved our traditional tatami room. There were added perks included that were a nice surprise (complimentary beverages upon arrival, amazing corn soup!)
Ophir greeted us and was an incredibly warm and welcoming presence throughout our stay. The manager of this lovely boutique hotel was very helpful and accommodating. We really feel fortunate to have stayed here.

SkvělýPobyt s partnerem
Receptionist was friendly and staff was hospitable. The hostel stay caters to hikers doing the Nakasendo trail and is close to the Nakatsugawa station.
Our room, spacious for two adults , was right above the reception and lounge area so we heard a fair amount of noise during the evening but it quieted down by 9p.
Women’s showers are on the 2nd fl and men’s on the 3rd. There are o ly two shower stalls for each gender but there wasn’t a wait for availability. Shower pressure was strong and adequate hot water.
Overall, very clean place to stay for a night.

FantastickéPobyt s partnerem
Stayed 2 nights to do the Nakasendo trail and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire place was spotless and the service was too notch. We were a bit hesitant on the shared bathrooms, however it was not a concern at all. The city of Nakatsugawa is a hidden gem and we enjoyed our stay here, can’t recommend it enough if you’re in the area!
