Úžasný pobyt. Určitě se vrátíme. Skvělé služby a pokoj byl velmi čistý. Velký a útulný. Vynikající volba.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Takayama Station. You can walk to the Showa-era Takayama Old Town in 10 minutes, and then go to the Miyagawa Morning Market the next day. The rooms are large and well-equipped, and the kitchen supplies and washer/dryer are convenient!

Right next to Train and Bus terminal. 3 minutes walk. Rooms are reasonable size.

nice stay before heading to Kamikochi. friendly staff, excellent onsen and food. fully recharged!

great relaxing hotel with a nice Japanese atmosphere. we especially liked the kimono dresses to wear around the hotel and in the Onsen. the Onsen experience was cool and very relaxing. Frühstück: exceptional buffet for breakfast and dinner!

Tentokrát jsem navštívil Širakawago a Gokajamu a znovu jsem se zastavil v Takajamě. Předchozí zkušenost s ubytováním byla docela dobrá, takže jsem si tentokrát speciálně zarezervoval Takayama Ouan. Večer byla k dispozici ramen večeře a lázně byly také velmi příjemné. Byla to celkově dobrá zkušenost s ubytováním.

Rating this maybe 4.5/5. Location is 650meters from Takayama sta. No building also in front of their hotel so the view was good. Staff was accommodating. Smooth check-in. Room was spacious enough, with table and chair. Free water, reading area, and complete amenities in the lobby.

The hot spring water was excellent, living up to its reputation as one of Japan's top three hot springs, and there were various bathing areas to enjoy. I was very satisfied with the comfortable and pleasant bedding in the Western-style room. I only stayed one night this time, but if I come again, I'd love to stay for two nights.

I love this hotel. We enjoyed our stay, the amenities and service are great especially the private bath/onsen. It is also located at ghe I would definitely recommend this and looking forward to go back again.
