Our stay was so relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and very nice. However, the toilet room was too small. We had to leave the door open to use the toilet. Also, the traffic outside from bousouzoku drivers was really loud. We understand that the traffic noise is not the hotel's fault, but if it wasn't for the small toilet and the traffic noise, our stay would have been perfect.

Skvělý The towels were clean & changed timely as per instructed. The room was made up promptly & neat. However I gave only 3 stars because the room was dusty even after cleaning. Don’t know why. Definitely not ideal for people with sensitive nose. The staff greeted every time u passed by the front desk, very attentive. Location was excellent; just that u need to change elevator to access to your room, kind of troublesome.

After checking into the hotel I went to have a rest in bed. I pulled the covers back to find hair, and a big brown stain. We were moved into a new room. The beds were far too firm, pillows way too hard. This was brought up with staff and a new pillow provided. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew how hard the beds were.

DO NOT STAY HERE, the pictures looking nothing like how the actual hotel looks. We checked in, and immediately realized we needed to leave when we saw the room. Luckily the staff was nice to refund us but the place was absolutely filthy and there are other locations around there that are much less and actually decent.

El personal super amables y atentos. Me encanto que habia laundry y era gratis. La ubicacion espectacular. Lo unico q no me gusto es que el cuarto tenia un olor particular, la cama demasiado dura y el cuarto era muy caluroso. Por lo demas es muy buen hotel. Nada mas q por la ubicacion y el personal volveria.

Location very good. Room and facilities adequate. Unfortunately there is no soundproofing on the windows, you hear every car and workman outside all night long, even on the 7th floor. If you value convenience above all else and don't mind sleeping with earplugs this hotel is for you.
