Great location, very short walk to Roma Termini. Very nice staff.

Edificio viejo, no funciona el agua caliente, se caen las puertas de los baños, me ofrecieron habitación sin aire acondicionado, no me incluyeron desayuno, al realizar la primera reserva me equivoqué de fecha y estando en el lugar me ofrecieron cambiarla sin embargo me volvieron a cobrar sin oportunidad de reembolso, no contestaron mis mensajes pese a la aplicación abordó mi caso, no tienen empatía y el servicio que ofrecen es deficiente, no lo recomiendo

La configuración de los cuartos en las fotos era mejor que en la realidad. La habitación tiene muebles algo viejos, uno de los conectores de electricidad al lado de la puerta no servía, y el baño tiene una configuración terrible, escasamente se podía entrar a la ducha, el lavamanos no tiene al lugar amplio para colocar los objetos personales y faltaban ganchos para colgar ropa y/toallas. El personal estuvo muy atentos y serviciales, el desayuno es bueno, los croissant que sirven son increíbles. Las condiciones del hotel pueden mejorar, para precio calidad esta un poco sobrevalorado. La ubicación es buena, todo queda relativamente cerca caminando y tiene fácil acceso a transporte público.

The staff specially the two ladies at the front desk were amazing and suped helpfullbut the property has broken door at the washroom, the safe box is not working and there is ongoing noise 24/7 at back of our room in 5th level which was very bother us.

Fantastic location near streetside restaurants, also very close to the main train station and hop on hop off bus stops.

Dear Orbitz Support Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions of the hotel room provided during my recent stay in Rome. The property offered no redeeming qualities, and most critically, the air conditioning unit did not function at all. The room temperature reached 30.8°C during the day and remained at 29.5°C throughout the night. These conditions made it impossible to rest, and the only option was to open the windows for minimal relief. However, doing so exposed us to constant city noise, which kept us awake and added to an already stressful situation. This experience caused significant discomfort for both me and my significant other, especially during a heat wave. Given that the hotel advertises air conditioning as a standard amenity, the failure to provide it is unacceptable. I request appropriate compensation for this disruption and the misrepresentation of the advertised amenities. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Elias

No cuenta con aire y me ofrecieron en varias ocasiones cambiar la habitación y nunca lo hicieron. Me ofrecieron un ventilador. El agua siempre fria.

There was no AC in the room. The bathroom was not flushing and the water was falling

The staff was excellent- very friendly and helpful. The room was not very good. Very old furnishings. The bed was awful- felt the coils in mattress, hard, and flat pillows. No mini frig in room or air conditioner. Great location to walk to attractions.
