The property offers an upscale setting. Some in-room equipment, such as the AC, appears dated, and additional English-language support from staff could further improve service quality.

The hotel is beautiful and the property location is extraordinary. The public areas are breathtaking but the rooms are very dated and smell like mold.

This could just be the most beautiful property! The staff is amazing. The rooms are beautiful. It is a magical experience. Couple things to note . Not a complaint. The hotel is eco friendly so the soaps, shampoos are in bar form. Sorrento has stairs and cobblestones but is far more walkable than Capri etc. Book this hotel !

Gorgeous property. We stayed for 4 nights. Service was impeccable and professional from the gate security/greeter (Roberto), front desk (Roberta), concierge (Francisco), restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff (Happy). We will stay here again for sure!
