Clean room

Clean comfortable room for an overnighter

Be aware that that the ac unit (at least in some units) is incredibly noisy. We slept with the balcony door open, which wasn't much better because of street noise. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Needed a reasonable priced room on a Saturday night for a short stay and found the Quality apartments in Nth Melbourne The room was clean though small with basic supplies, pots plates cutlery etc Good value if it’s just a bed and a shower for a night or two, missed the staff as late to check in but it was communicated clearly how to access my room and had no issues, only criticism is there wasn’t a small bin to put my rubbish in

The staff were lovely, the room was a bit smelly and continued to smell the whole stay and the doona on one of the beds was very stained but other than that felt very safe and secure. Good place to stay if you are just needing a room.

The aircon was really noisy, the stove range hood didn’t work so no air ventilation or light

Pros: • genuinely soundproof rooms; we never heard so much as a whisper through the walls or outside the room • excellent water pressure in the bathroom/sinks, and hot water pretty much on demand, without any need to wait for a boiler to heat it or tanks to refill • decent free wi-fi. We weren't trying to do anything too exciting on it — casting from a phone was a bit patchy — but it worked perfectly for both general trip research and 30-minute video calls. • location. Obviously, the location is very convenient! There're many tram stops around, the CBD is a short walk away, and there's also a Woolworths Metro with decent hours literally just across the road. Very close to the Queen Vic Markets, and it's easy to walk home from the CBD. Cons: • cleanliness was the biggest issue during our stay. The room had apparently been cleaned, but not very well, as we found a spider living happily in a web woven between one of the pillows and the wall, a live cockroach in the wardrobe, and a discarded sauce container out on the balcony. • the design and layout of the room, as is the case in many of these serviced apartments, generates a bit of head-scratching. Why did someone decide to install the toilet roll holder at such an angle that reaching for it inevitably knocks the toilet paper to the ground?

Clean but very small

The price is very reasonable for the facilities in the room (it has a full kitchen). The staff were extremely helpful and courteous as well. The location is quiet, yet still convenient to reach all the attractions in downtown Melbourne.

Bed was clean and comfy, fridge was cold and was a nice surprise! More than enough towels and toilet paper roll was new, quiet place with an easy check in. No complaints here!
