Clean, quiet Good stuff, helpful

The room AC system in #105 does not work. I stayed in this hotel 2 nights ago (#108) and the Toshiba mini split worked fine. There is no one at the reptile. I called the help number and the attendant said “open the window”. They refused to connect me with their manager or provide their name. This is unacceptable and I will request a full refund.

Clean room and perfect place

Room condition

Hard to find (its on Level 1 so you have to go up the stairs and at first it seems like you're in the wrong place), but great for the budget and very walkable.

Can't beat location. Old office space turned into hotel right a Duomo No staff most of time. Deadbolt on door be nice as unsure who has access Air conditioning loud and leaked

Although concierge was not available 24/7 check in and out and security were quite reasonable. Staff was very polite.

Staff was helpful with any questions

Small hotel with excellent service and cleanliness with good location!

While the property was close to all the shopping, restaurants, and the Metro the actual boutique was hard to find. One we did locate the property unannounced to us we needed to buzz the intercom outside of the building which in turn no one answered. The saving grace was we were able to communicate via what’s app and they were gracious and apologized for the convenience. The room, tidy, simplistic, felt clean. The air conditioning was a wall unit, we cranked it as cool as it would allow, but it unfortunately did not cool the room down. One other disappointment was the airport shuttle. I’m not certain it exists. I asked to set up the service for our departure and was told there would be a flat rate of 114 euros and was recommended a taxi. We opted for the taxi and turned out to be 128 euros. Not certain if the suggestion was uneducated or just a way to cover up not actually having a shuttle service??
