This is not adults only, it’s a ran down old motel with horrible service and no amenities for actual guests!!!! Do not stay here!!!

I would not stay here. The service was horrible and when I got to my room they told me that music would be playing till 4 in the morning. They provided ear plugs but no other option. It was unbearable and I had to leave the hotel at midnight. The hotel provided me with no help and would not give me a refund. They clearly don’t care about the people that stay there and just want your money.

We did not receive the room we reserved. We had booked beach front and received pool front. That would be fine except there was warning that the music at the pool played very loud until 4 am. No one did anything to fix the issue. By 7pm the room was filled with hookah smoke from the pool area and the noise was unbearable. We book another hotel and left.

The location is a 10/10 and staff here also 10/10!! I wish I could remember all the peoples names that were so wonderful but Sophia at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming and Yee at the pool was also so sweet they both made us feel very welcome and special. Thank you!! The hotel itself is small and yes very loud at night but they do provide you with ear plugs!! We knew what we were getting into when we booked it so no complaints from us! We really loved all the music and the vibe is very youthful!! I do wish they had some lawn chairs for people staying at the hotel other than the few beds they offer along the beach that you have to reserve 24 hours in advance! But I do have to say the day we found that out and didn’t have a reservation they found us somewhere to be for the day! The breakfast, lunch and drinks wetr all delicious!!

Other than Sophie at the front desk who was a jewel. The experience was very poor. The pounding music is played at night club level from 11:00 am until 3:00 am every day. The front of the hotel is on the Main Street so is very loud until 4:00 am every day. So you can’t get away from the noise. I booked a cab to the airport through the hotel it was 1250 bht only to find out 5 minutes later it should have been 600 yo 800 bht. They refused to cancel my cab and refund the money saying it was hotel policy. The good things are the room was fine and the location is very busy but excellent. I

First of all, it’s important to say that the service is excellent, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. However, it’s important to know that this is a beach club with ear-splitting music from 11:30 in the morning until 4:00 in the early morning. And it’s awful.
