The elevator was out, the BW next door had a sink hole so they packed everyone into this hotel. What view of what Lake? Our view was a tarp over the front entrance and parking lot. Wish I would have taken a pic but it seriously was a white canvas tarp 3 feet away from the window. Hot as heck, they kept the doors open to exterior and the ac was on full blast in the room. The best thing was Yvetts, the desk clerk. She handled the chaos with grace and professionalism. She even offered to bring my bags up a flight of stairs after I told her I had a knee injury. No need, but the offer was kind. She should have had another employee to assist her.
