The room were clean and good size

I'm satisfied except for the bathtub facility.

The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. I truly believe they wanted me happy. So it was a problem when the toilet stopped flushing in my Room 202. I won't tell all the details, but having a working toilet should be a priority. When it appeared repairs would be delayed, the front desk staff assigned me a different room. There seem to be issues with Room 202; decline it, if offered. Otherwise, my 3 night stay was wonderful. I enjoyed the space in the rooms, they were clean and quiet, and I felt safe. The hot tub and pool are closed for renovations, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was a complete hot buffet. Despite feeding large tour groups, I did not see them run out of food. It's a good location up the hill, and views are available. Yes, I would stay here again.

Upon check-in we were advised that the pool and hot tub would be unavailable for our stay due to maintenance. The only item offered was free cancellation with the hotel fully knowing that was ridiculous on a holiday weekend in a tourist town! The room was remodeled and clean, however the wall to wall carpeting left in the hallways allows you to immediately recognize smoking was allowed in the hotel previously. I would not recommend to anyone sensitive to smoke smell it was extremely strong and noticeable. Outside of the smokers bench outside there was no outdoor seating which was a bummer since the pool was closed all together. It would have also been nice to have had to accommodate for additional breakfast seating. The first morning after waiting over 30 minutes for a table to free up we ended up eating in our room. The next morning was no different. It appears the hotel is large enough to accommodate large tour groups but has not improved its amenities in a manner that supports these groups.

Was kind of bummed out that the pool and jacuzzi was not open but food was very good and very clean hotel

Pool and spa were closed We wound not have booked this hotel if we had known that We were out on the pool level which was half underground Very dreary

The breakfast area is too crowded with very limited food options.
