We were so pleased with our stay. The staff were so helpful. Maya helped explain our options to get into Venice. They were also able to sell the tickets for bus and vaporetto there in the hotel. We also left before breakfast time, so they had a croissants and coffee/juice for us. They were Amazing!! Rooms were delightful and very clean.

Location was fantastic. 10-12 minute stroll from the Venezia Mestre train station. Even dragging giant luggage, wasn’t a problem. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were provided great recommendations for both the mainland and the island. There was a slight hiccup navigating the air conditioning and the staff were so helpful (FYI - they need to activate the system to turn the cooling system on after you check in). The room itself was exactly what we needed. It was a great home base so we could have a place to retreat from after adventuring all day. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Overall, wonderful experience and would absolutely stay again.
