Good location but paper thin walls. We heard everything from our next door people and they were loud all the way up to 3am and we had to call the front desk.

Staff very helpful. Nice room but walls a little thin. Bath tub drain was clogged (small tub). Nice having the ability to open room windows for fresh air. Overall satisfied with our stay except for the clogged tub drain.

Room large, bed comfortable. Decent shower. Wifi strong. Lobby bar and restaurant were closed both days of our stay which seems odd for a city centre hotel. Aircon unit in room sounds like a jet engine. Useful snack area for coffee etc, I just used it for water and ice, not worth the $35+ per day resort fee though...didn’tuse the pool.

In a good neighborhood with easy access to downtown. Climate control was a bit wonky; found it difficult to set the temperature at the tight level (either too cold or a bit warm)

Had a few issues during our stay. TV is not a smart TV and supposedly usually has chromecast however it was “down” for our whole stay which was very inconvenient for the children, while we were trying to get ready.
