Room was dirty. Had to call for change of sheets because they were stained. Gift shop was randomly closed for entire day. Bell staff unhelpful. Poor front desk assistance. Overall the property was poorly maintained and not up to Hilton standards.

It’s an old building so the bathrooms are tiny with no counter space to get ready. The tub was old and had lots of chips in it.
