Very happy I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. Excellent location. Extremely hospitable staff! Very pretty lobby and breakfast area. Access to unlimited filtered water was wonderful! So was the quality of air conditioning in the room. Thank you!

Staff was very helpful with a lost item on the train, they were all fabulous, Antoniella called the train department and answered emails that were in Italian for me to get my lost bag . Breakfast buffet very good, location fabulous.

Dobrý
The room I got was kind claustrophobic , clean. The breakfast I would recommend getting somewhere else, my coffee was cold, I order pancakes and never got delivered to me. I just went out to a restaurant and got a fresh warm cappuccino. Overall i won’t stay at the property or brand again.

Absolutely lovely and charming hotel! It’s in a great location. Excellent food and drinks. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The room was a lot bigger than expected. Walking distance from the train station and the center. I would recommend it!

Beautifully appointed hotel that is centrally located to all of the main sites like El Duomo, the Uffizi, The Accademia , Ponte Vecchio , Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore , Leonardo Da Vinci museum and more as well as steps away from some amazing shopping and restaurants. We walked everywhere. We only took taxi to and from the train station only because we had a extra luggage. The rooms are beautifully appointed and clean. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL and service impeccable. We found everyone we came in contact with to be extremely helpful. They were amazing! We highly recommend purchasing the breakfast option as we found it very convenient and honestly the food options was varied and delicious. We LOVED it here and will definitely be back.
