Hate the fact that breakfast was not inclusive. Everything was excellent other than that.

We stayed at the Sheraton for two nights with our three kids. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming or particularly helpful during our stay. The room was acceptable, but it was not very clean and could have been maintained much better. Overall, it was an average stay, and we expected better service and cleanliness.

Usually stay here for annual events as has traditionally been consistent. Not this time. Check in was fine, selected a room with a shower tub, but unable to take a bath. We called to get a plug for the tub, along with correcting electrical on one side of the bed. Electrical corrected, bath was not corrected. We travel frequently and can say we were disappointed with this stay. We dont complain, we just move our business elsewhere. Sadly, this will be the case on future stays around Pearson International in Toronto

Pobyt s dětmi

We had a minor issue with the closet in our room; water was leaking. But this was remedied by putting us in another room. Gym was clean, staff were polite. Overall it was a good stay

A bit of a dark-lit hotel. Enjoyed the resto-bar with several vegan options including a tasty bowl. Nice mocktails. Easy to park
