Very convenient location if you need to be by the airport. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I appreciated that they had a crib with blanket available for my baby. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Easy access to airport. Friendly staff.

Clean rooms nice atmoshpere

The Alt is the perfect hotel to stay at Pearson Airport. It’s easy to get to on the free train. You get off at the last stop, go down the elevator or escalator, cross the parking lot and you’re there. We flew out of terminal 3 so going back to the airport was the first stop. The staff are excellent ! We had to return a rental car and a young gentleman was very patient explaining to us how to do the rental return. As you may know, Toronto airport is huge and confusing especially when returning a rental car but he helped us do it with little stress. The staff is the restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. My partner wanted a coffee which wasn’t on the menu and they looked it up and made it to perfection. The rooms are quiet and the beds are lovely and very comfortable. We would stay there again and highly recommend.

Alt hotel is our go to for an airport stopover. Design is thoughtful, amenities are great. Staff were not the best in the restaurant but the food was good.

This is my go to on a regular monthly trip. So convenient, clean. Staff always kind and helpful. Highly recommend the tomato soup!

The convenient airport access of this up-to date hotel is a huge feature.
