Samostatný pobyt

This hotel is modern, clean, and convenient. The location is right across from the central train station and is a pickup/dropoff point for many local tours. They offer a nice upgrade package with a daily breakfast buffet, which accommodates diners from across cultures, and the ability to check in early, which allowed me to go straight from the airport to my room for a nap. Even though the location is very central, the traffic is surprisingly quiet at night.

The property was convenient and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful. The restaurant was not as expected - few wines to choose from, quality of food was okay but not great. Meal was expensive and food did not come out at the same time so one in our party had cold dinner. Breakfast was good but expensive. Bar was not manned so we had to track someone down to get a drink and staff covering bar our last night was very rude and inflexible. This location would do well to remember that customer service should be at the pinnacle of their charter for success.

Todo estuvo excelente, la zona no es de las más lindas de Nápoles pero si lo usas como centro para conocer la zona de la costa es más económica y tiene estación del tren en frente, lo único que podría sugerir es que se pueda bajar la temperatura de los aires acondicionados ya que la tienen controlada y con el calor del verano se tía un poco de calor en la habitación. Lo demás todo muy bien !

The hotel itself is updated and clean. The room was spacious, and housekeeping came daily. We enjoyed the coffee and apertivo in the lobby every afternoon. Everyone was kind, pleasant, and helpful. The location is right next to the train station; the neighborhood can get a little rough at night. The fitness centre, unfortunately, is in one word: disgusting. It clearly has not been cleaned in years; the treadmill is caked in old sweat. There is a towel basket, but no disinfect spray or fitness wipes (I have never encountered this in a hotel is this caliber around the world) so the benches and machines are also filthy.

The room is very nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful (except one lady, she's probably the manager? No smile, doesn't bother to explain, just say no to whatever I ask for) We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but heard other travrlers mentioned it's very good. But there are many cafes on the same street so you have a lot of choices. The location of this hotel is golden. It's so close to everywhere. Subway and train stations are next door, restaurants and supermarkets are in walkable distance. It's also the meeting and pick up site for many day tours. Highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Naples.

Nice, clean, relatively upscale hotel right next to the train station. Good sized room, effective bathroom. But, the air conditioner was barely cool, let alone cold. Also, food in the restaurant for dinner was under cooked and not very good.
