Le déjeuner était varié et excellent. Le personnel sympathique et courtois. La chambre, grande et authentique (kitch). Le confort des lits étaient médiocre. Le matelas aurait dû être changé depuis longtemps. Pour une chambre quadruple, il n'y avait aucun crochet pour le séchage des serviettes. De plus, une tablette dans la salle de bain aurait été utile pour déposer notre trousse de voyage. Air climatisé efficace.

Great location! Loved being on the canal. Surrounded by great shops, restaurants, & squares. Easy access to Rialto Bridge & vaporetto. Easy to get to Piazza Roma & Marco Polo Airport. Excellent, Italian breakfast.

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were limited but was good. The building is about 500 years old so if the luggage rolls away from you in the room it’s the floor-not ghosts! A/c worked well which was much appreciated. Convenient location. Not really a canal view unless you hang out of the window and look down. All in all a nice stay.
