The property was extremely clean and updated. The check In Was very easy and fast. Front desk guy was extremely friendly and got us into our room fast and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We really loved our stay here. Great place, very clean rooms. Amazing breakfast. Very helpful front desk staff. It's very close to Metro station which connects straight to Duomo and city center.

Very clean, spacious, everything new, polite staff, access able to the historical site of the city with metro. Highly recommended.

if ur room is facing the street, there is a bar on/across the street that has music till early morning next day that can be heard during sleeping hours

! We booked two rooms for four people and had a terrible experience. The staff were rude, arrogant, and totally unhelpful. Every room had only one small bottle of water. When we asked for another, the receptionist said, “Drink from the bathroom.” Later, when we didn’t have cash for the vending machine and asked politely for just one bottle to pay later, the same person angrily repeated, “Go drink from the bathroom.” Honestly, we were shocked. For the money we paid, we expected at least a bit of respect and hospitality — not this kind of hostile, insulting attitude. We’ll never come back, and we don’t recommend this place to anyone. Totally disappointing!

Very friendly staff that helped us get a taxi when it was raining and every means of public transportation close to us was closed due to a strike. The quadruple room is suitable for a family or even 4 friends and the overall experience is great.
