Number one on my list of importance in the guest house is the Wi-Fi. And the Wi-Fi at this guest house is super.
The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The rooms are spacious and freshly painted. The building might be a little older, but it is kept in wonderful condition. I love this guest house. Furthermore it is so close to the markets.

Quiet guesthouse only two minutes walk to many riverside restaurants and five minutes walk to the night market. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Staff wasn't overly friendly but they were always very helpful with our questions and making bookings. We found some of their tour/transport services advertised to be quite overpriced while others were right on so just make sure you look around at one or two other places before booking anything.

Dobrý They fill up water and towers every day, but many things need to be repair. especially air condition was only half worked so I had to turn on the ceiling fan, some part oak decorations are fall apart. For this part they cannot fix but I wished balcony for each room they offer.

Dobrý It was the first time we had to pay for a map. The staff did not speak English and was kind of rude.
