Remm HIBIYA is a nice little Hotel in TOKYO near HAYAKUSA train station. Location is perfect lots of good places to eat. Only negative is they do NOT give Free breakfast as advertised. Be aware you have to buy your own breakfast.

Amazingly, there was a massage chair...of a size that exactly fitted the Asian female frame, imagine that. They provided all possible amenities and unique teas/coffee (to be freely picked up from the lobby). In the room, there were all sorts of thoughtful provisions, e.g. a clothes freshener spray, leather bedroom slippers, a new-looking hair dryer, really fast boiling kettle, different wires for phone charging, extension cord, just to mention a few. The room had a cosy layout that was designed for the visitors' convenience. Best of all, for me at least, the room is the best lighted of all the hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. There was daylight entering the room from 2 walls(!) and it was full height glass, which meant a grand amount of wonderful natural lighting. I really cannot stand those hotels that have aesthetically dimmed rooms all the time. And the location of the hotel is great.

Breakfast is great. Staff are polite. Room is clean but quite small. Shower head is loose . No wash machine available and the nearest coin laundry is 20 minutes away, which is inconvenient.

the room is a lot smaller than it looks. there is no space for your bags. i am most disappointed when we checked out the staff refuse to call us a taxi to the airport.

I had an excellent stay at Remm Hibiya. The location is outstanding — within easy walking distance of Ginza, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, Hibiya Park and train stations, making it a perfect base for exploring Tokyo.
One of the highlights was how spacious and comfortable the room felt for a solo traveller, especially by Tokyo standards. The natural daylight made the room feel bright and relaxing throughout the day.
The staff were consistently welcoming, friendly and professional, and service was always efficient.
Overall, an excellent hotel experience in a very convenient and enjoyable part of Tokyo. I would gladly stay here again.

Bed & pillows are firm but comfortable.
