Rooms are a bit small, so keep in mind when taking a lot of bags or items, but the hotel is located in a quiet spot in Ginza, which is also in a convenient location next to several train stations and restaurants/convenience stores.
Feels like an ideal location if you want to avoid heavy crowds to get to and from your room.
The buffet breakfast is good for the price (2000 yen per person). Staff was very friendly, and checking in and out is a very quick process. Would recommend and stay again for future trips.

Japanese staff was great. Housekeeping staff was also great. They’d make sure that even if I didn’t need housekeeping, they’d ask if I need towels or anything if I ran into them on the hallway. It rained a lot on this trip and the hotel always had umbrellas for us to use. Only thing would be that the hotel is listed to have laundry facilities on Hotels.com and generally speaking in Japan, I’d expect them to have an actual guest laundry facility with 3 washers and 3 dryers. Unfortunately, there is no on site laundry facility. They offer the pay per item laundry service like American chain hotels. On an 8 night stay, I might have booked a hotel that actually had laundry facilities.

There wasn't any place/lobby to eat. Bed smelled weird. It's so tiny that only 1 suitcase can fit inside, no laundry stations in the hotel. The only good thing is the location. I searched around and can have better options at the same price, but they didn't let me cancel the reservation

The hotel is good. perfect location closed to everything. The downside is that there is no place in the lobby or the building to hang out and enjoy a few hours if you didn’t want to get out because of the rain. You have to stay in the room sitting on the bed playing with your phone.
That was my family issue.
I do recommend this hotel.
