Amazing location, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room are standard Europe room but I really can't complain, overall very good and recommended.

I think there is mold in the washroom. Who ever cleaned our room on Friday June 5 2026, stole an energy drink.

It was a lovely, clean place to stay for me and my husband. We were able to get around on foot every place we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Lovely little neighborhood.

It was cute and in a good location but the bathroom walls were covered in mould.

Mattress was pretty cheap and uncomfortable, and there was a good bit of wear in tear around the room, particularly in the bathroom. Location was perfect almost half way between the Coliseum and the Vatican which made both of them walkable. Staff was awesome and very helpful with all questions and requests!

Check in/out was flawless, they held our bags and encouraged us to explore the area while our room was arranged. The perfect location, close to everything.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, es pequeño el baño pero se puede estar sin problemas. El verdadero detalle son los olores, son muy fuertes y no dan comodida. Desde que entras al hotel. Los baños tienen ese mismo aroma.

we stayed in four places in Italy over two weeks. this was by far the worst. day 1: had to change rooms because after a hot day in Rome, the AC didn't work. day 2: Internet went down. day 3 was without issue though. general issues: the room was tiny, the pictures are misleading. we are talking like 10x10ft room. the bathroom has no shelves in shower, so no where at all to even put soap. also if was insanely tiny. you will have to stick your soaps and shampoo on the toilet outside the shower in order to shower. the bidet didn't work the sink and shower both drained very slowly, you will shower on 3 inches of water there is clearly black mold in many areas of the bathroom. I had to use the room keys to fix the shower head as it was not properly installed and the screws were loose. the bed was okay, woke up hot every single night because the AC was weak. the view was of the central part of the building, which was just trash and grime. and probably the worst... you can't unlock the door to the room from the inside without using the key. so in the event of a fire you are very likely to be trapped inside. this shouldn't even be legal. location was great there but that was a terrible hotel.

The property is well taken care for, clean and renovated. The staff was incredibly friendly and reliable. But the rooms are extremely tiny as well as the bathrooms. I wouldn’t stay there for more than a couple nights max. No iron in the room, the bedding felt thin and worn out. Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. I think they should get some sort of shelves in place.
