I enjoyed how close the property was to Patong Beach and Bangla road for the parties/shopping. My only complaint is that the on site restaurant and bar closes so early.

Lovely hotel , close to everywhere. Reception staff could be a bit more welcoming or attentive but other than that would book again.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. First, I want to recognize the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds and a relaxing atmosphere that makes a great first impression. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The biggest issue was the food. We ate at every restaurant on the property, some more than once, and consistently found the food to be below expectations. We also purchased the breakfast package, but after trying it, we often chose to walk into town and eat at local cafés instead. In our opinion, the breakfast add-on was not worth the extra cost. Another downside was the Wi-Fi. If you need reliable internet for your phone, computer, or remote work, be aware that the Wi-Fi signal did not reach our room. We had to go to the lobby or common areas to get a stable connection, which was inconvenient. The most uncomfortable part of our stay was how damp the room felt. Every night the bedding felt slightly damp, and even the clothes in our open suitcase became damp from the humidity. We understand tropical climates are humid, but the moisture level inside the room was excessive and affected our comfort. Overall, this is a beautiful property with wonderful staff, but the food, lack of reliable in-room Wi-Fi, and persistent dampness made our stay disappointing. We honestly wouldn’t book again.

Nice stay at The Nature. Everything at the hotel was amazing, staff were super friendly and kind. However due to the weather, the room conditions weren't great. It was rainy season and everything in the hotel felt damp and moist and the AC had to be on constantly to air the room out which made it feel very cold. No ones fault but did make the experience less unfortunately.

My only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom, it was too dim for my liking.

We had a great experience staying at The Nature in Phuket. For a portion of our stay we stayed in the Deluxe Room and for the other portion we stayed in the Deluxe Pool Access Room. Both rooms were almost identical apart from how close you were to the pools. We also noticed that in the Pool Access Room that rather than there being 2 beds being squished together it was one big bed. Location was pretty decent you are about 8 - 10 minutes out from the Jungeylcon shopping centre. It cost about 200Baht if catching a standard grab otherwise there is a free shuttle. In terms of the hotel there is a lot of steps but there is golf carts they can transport you in and lots of ramps in places for wheelchair uses/prams. The pools were nice as well. There are 2 pools that had bars. Happy hour is great and so are the staff. The restaurants and buffets are also really nice. I would recommend checking out Neon the rooftop bar/restaurant as it has a beautiful view of the city. Overall it was a really nice stay. Also beach towels are provided with beach bag in your room which is a massive plus!

Everything was perfect

I had such an amazing experience at the Nature Phuket. I travelled alone but this place felt like home. The staff is warm and attentive, the hotel itself is tucked away from the bustle but close enough to easily partake in the glory of Patong. I enjoyed my iced coffees, fresh fruit, and coconut water at the bar each morning. The spa and yoga experience, which was packaged and discounted during my stay, is so relaxing and serene. This was my base when traveling to Bangkok, I did not want to haul all of my luggage there, and I was so happy to return. This just speaks to how warm and welcoming the Nature Phuket is.
