Pobyt s dětmi

I tried to cancel more than a week prior my stay - due to my wife being hospitalized. I ask for credit or refund - but according to Expedia support they are both declined despite providing proof of hospitalization. This is my honest review for this hotel. Very sad.

Neds were very comfortable. The shower head in #103 needs to be repaired, but is functional.

The staff was excellent! The room was cleaned and the bed was made on a timely basis. The shops were very close by to pick up last minute souvenirs. If I were to go back to Rome, I will definitely consider staying there again :)

Pobyt s dětmi

Our room was really small, we could barely walk around, bathroom was very small (although very clean with high quality fixture). No kettle, no iron board in our room, I had to request a kettle. It has great location, 7 minutes walking to vatican. One staff was waiting for us at 8 pm for checkin, always nice to checkin with real person. Overall an OK stay, not great.

Nice place to stay in Rome. Clean, quiet, walking distance to St. Peter Basilica. Very nice receptionists. Traveling with family, there are two rooms that can combine. I recommend!

Pobyt s partnerem

We had a great stay here. It has a great location only 3 blocks from St. Peter's. A cab line is less than a block away. The staff is really terrific. Our wifi was great and there was a large selection of breakfast grab and go items. I would stay there again, it was such a great experience!

Small BnB type of accommodation. Room is small but bathroom is large. Surrounding area is quiet but close vicinity to Vatican City, restaurants and shopping.
