The hotel was within walking distance of the trains which was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean even though we had to ask for extra towels as they only provided two in our room. The breakfast offered a variety of food including making your own waffles! Overall, a pleasant experience.

Walking distance from the main Wein station and such a convenient location for us.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, perfect location

Good location and room is very clean. The room is a bit small but overall is maintained well.

You pay for the location, not the quality of the room/property. Stayed for one night, was disturbed at 9am by the cleaning crew coming into my room unannounced to clean the room. Luckily I was awake and already dressed and getting ready to leave, but this should not happen for single night stays in my opinion, very unprofessional. Basic to no amenities, basically a bed, small desk and bathroom. No fridge, coffee, tea, etc in the room. Shower head was leaking /defective. Water temperature was inconsistent. Air conditioning did not sufficiently cool the small room on the maximum setting. Have to go downstairs for water or coffee. Front desk staff were friendly, but push you to sign up for some membership upon arrival, collecting a bunch of information about you. Location however was extremely convenient, across the street from the Wien Hbf train station.

Great location near the train station but still quiet at night. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Extremely helpful front desk staff

Hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes walk to the main train station. Staff were all very helpful and nice. Room was also clean and nicely maintained by the staff! Room was quite spacious and big!

There were no hand towels in the bathroom, only shower towels. The Air conditioner didn’t work great. Great location

Great breakfast and convenient location to the main train station. Had to use public transport to get to the old town but that was easy. Walk to the other side of the station for food and shopping options. Hotel is very quiet, amazing the difference if you open the windows for a bit. No fridge or safe in room, but other than that it was comfortable and clean.
